Shipping costs
Domestic shipping (Switzerland + Principality of Liechtenstein):
- We charge a flat rate of CHF 5.00 per order.
- From an order value of CHF 300.00 we deliver free of charge.
Shipping abroad:
- The shipping costs for Europe are CHF 17.00.
- For other countries the shipping costs are CHF 20.00.
Important information: Please note that for deliveries from Switzerland to other countries, additional customs duties may be due.
These additional costs are borne by the recipient.
The majority of these are payable on delivery.
Delivery
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Switzerland + Principality of Liechtenstein) within 1-3 days, for deliveries abroad in Europe within 10-14 days and for the rest of the world within 10-21 days after conclusion of the contract (after receipt of payment).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you order items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
